New property for sale:

The client wants the property sold ASAP! The broker enters the Webtop RE solution. The property is registered. Data from the broker systems is automatically fed into the Webtop RE solution. Webtop imports data from all broker systems in Norway and Sweden. 

What shall be produced?

The broker decides what type of sales and marketing package shall be applied: Advertising, sales report, advise to neighbours and a poster regarding this particular property. The system takes care of preparing the templates for the package. Text and images become available as the broker performs the job. Time of showing needs to be adjusted, and some pictures may need to be cropped or changed. The ad is soon ready for publishing, and is sent to newspapers, while the sales report and the poster is sent to a print shop. The advise to neighbours is copied in the correct amount of copies, and sent to the mail service for distribution through the postal system. Delivery is complete within 3 to 5 days.
